Sporten? Dat is voor iedereen goed. Net als een gezond eetpatroon. Maar, toch is het vaak gemakkelijker om (één van) die twee zaken te laten verwateren. En dat is eigenlijk best wel zonde: juist als je in topvorm bent voel je je fantastisch.

De mensen hieronder besloten op een dag dat het tijd was om naar de sportschool te gaan en hun eetgewoontes om te gooien. Vegan? Geen probleem. Doe je er jaren over? Helemaal prima. Als je maar aan jezelf blijft werken, is de insteek.

Vergeet vooral niet dat voor iedereen het proces verschillend is: ieder lijf is anders en iedereen doet het op een manier die voor hem of haar het beste voelt. Een ding staat vast: het verschil tussen de voor en na-foto’s is enorm. Deze fitness transformaties zijn in ieder geval geweldig.

* I remember I was always tired when I couldn’t sit down for a while. That’s why in almost all my pictures I was standing like that. I think people can’t really understand how your mind works when you’re into an ED. That’s why I don’t like talking about those days that much. I think it hurts too much it’s better hiding everything pretending anything happened. Like “yeah, I was just too much skinny”. Nope. I was sick. I was trying to disappear. Well it took me time but I believe I’ve never been so healthy than these days. When I first started working out I just transformed my obsession for food into an obsession for fitness and “living healthy”. I believe it’s something we all have to experience before finding our real balance. I’m now living a very sustainable lifestyle, trying to keep my habits as “healthy” as I can during my daily routine, but also going out more than just once/week, eating and drinking whatever I want with no regrets or guilt. Flexible dieting allowed me to reach the point where I can adjust my macros/meal around everything I feel like to, and I don’t actually feel I’m missing something just to “be fit”. I’m happy where I am, trying to do my best at the gym but also keeping in mind that there’s a whole life out there that MUST be lived. Just to say, it takes time for sure. And YOU have to do the biggest part in your self game. But it’s worth, I promise. ❤ *

3. Hij trainde vier jaar lang, en dat is te zien ook

#transformationtuesday On the left picture, I was 14 years old, there are 6 years apart in these photos, but I only stay dyed training when I turned 16, so that’s 4 years of lifting in total. Here’s my story… At the age of 15 years old, I got my first Xbox 360 console, I enjoyed playing games and I became hooked. I would spend all day and night playing call of duty, mw2 was my favourite one, I used to be in clans as I played a style in the game called ‘trickshotting’ which I became very good at. I realised that I couldn’t keep this up, I was losing my friends, I was called a ‘sweaty gamer’ and I’d find it very hard to socialise at parties because of it, so in all Xbox and playing games isolated me from the real world and lowered my confidence in life. THEN, at the age of 17, I sold my Xbox 360, and brought a gym membership down one of my local gyms, I started training there 4-5 days per week, knowing nothing about training or what to eat. I’d train chest and arms everyday #bradleymartyn not realising how much more muscle I could have been gaining if I done my research. Then as time went on, I made my mistakes with form and lifting, I got corrected, I learnt, and I now have been properly training for almost 4 years! My message to anyone reading this is, don’t be afraid to start, don’t be scared to walk into a gym and train, don’t feel nervous about it, if you make mistakes, you learn from them, the same goes for anything in life! DISCLAIMER: I have never been trained by anyone and both these bodies can be achieved without starvation or restricted diets…. There are so many uneducated trainers that give generalized macros or meal plans assuming that we are all alike 😒 and some have this absurd idea that a women’s body works like a man’s😲 and that’s simply not true…( Video Link In My Bio) Here are some pointers to look out for in a uneducated trainer: 1. Low Calories 1,000 – 1,400 calories… or less 😕 (unless you are extremely small or completely inactive) 2. Low Fat intake (Fat does not make you fat 😩 and very low fat has negitive side effects ) 3. 5. Achttien weken lang trainen leverde haar dit op

10. Ook hier hebben we zeker respect voor

Voor ik aan Personal Body Plan begon heb ik een soort crash dieet gevolgd waarmee ik veel ben afgevallen. Hierna ben ik in mijn oude gewoontes teruggevallen en kwam ik snel weer terug op mijn oude gewicht. Ik was niet blij met mijn lichaam en voelde me vaak moe. Ik verzon excuses om niet naar de sportschool te hoeven gaan. ⠀ ⠀ Doordat een collega van mij begon aan Personal Body Plan zag ik wat voor verandering bij haar ontstond. Zij vertelde mij dat Personal Body Plan gericht is op het veranderen van je levensstijl. Door de gedragslessen, coaching, voedingsplan en trainingsschema zie ik mijn lichaam veranderen. Ik voel me fit en energiek.
