Wow! Deze man viel 30 kg af en transformeerde in een Disneyprins

De zesentwintigjarige Jeffrey Kendall maakte een grote transformatie mee, toen hij in korte tijd dertig kilogram kwijtraakte. Niet alleen voelt hij zich nu een stuk beter, hij heeft ook nog eens wat weg van een Disneyprins.

Levensstijl veranderen

Jeffrey postte zijn transformatie op een forum van Reddit, waarbij hij schreef: “I’ve lost a lot of weight, a lot of sadness, and a little facial hair. I’ve gained a whole new appreciation for life. Remember to always love yourself“. Wat Jeffrey deed om 30 kilogram kwijt te raken? Aan ‘Best Life‘ vertelde hij dat hij worstelde met een laag zelfbeeld en depressieve gevoelens – totdat een goede vriend hem vroeg of hij samen met hem wilde sporten.

Sporten zorgde voor een groot keerpunt in Jeffreys leven. Daarnaast veranderde hij zijn eetschema. Voorheen betrapte hij zichzelf erop dat hij na het avondeten nog veel alcohol dronk en snacks at. De oplossing? Hij besloot om later te gaan eten, wat resulteerde in minder trek in de avond!

Transformatie tot Disneyprins

Nadat Jeffrey zijn transformatie op het forum deelde, kreeg hij al snel aandacht. Het viel forum-gebruikers op dat hij wel wat wegheeft van een Disneyprins. Zelf snapt Jeffrey de vergelijking helemaal – zo postte hij zelf al Instagram-foto’s waarin hij een prins nadoet (swipe wel verder!):

Jeffreys haarroutine

Of je ‘m nou op een prins vind lijken of niet, we kunnen het erover eens zijn dat hij in ieder geval is gezegend met de haardos van een Disneyfiguur. Je kunt je daarom voorstellen dat hij veel vragen krijgt over zijn haarroutine, want hoe krijg je je haren zo lang en golvend? “I don’t use any products besides shampoo and conditioner though I’m still learning and trying things out. In terms of care, I just condition daily and use shampoo every 5-7 days. I brush before I shower and before bed and wear a headband a lot around the house to keep it more tidy” aldus Jeffrey. Aha, zo krijg je dus zo’n Disney-kapsel!
